Accenturians DREAMed of Resilience & Growth

Accenture Malaysia participants attended a two-day course on 18-19 April 2023 at The Wau@Accenture, their very own office in the Exchange 106@TRX building. The course, called DREAM | Developing Resilience, Emotional Assertiveness & Motivation, aimed to help participants take control of their thoughts and emotions.

Run by PLF Mohd Nadzrin Wahab and organised by EnSync Learning, the course was an engaging and enlightening experience for the participants. They explored the depths of their minds and learned how to identify their thinking traps and overcome them through forgiveness, learning, appreciation, and gratitude.

The course also helped the participants develop a growth mindset, allowing them to view challenges as opportunities for growth and improvement. They discovered their unique motivational "fingerprint" and emotional drives, empowering them to take charge of their creativity and align their beliefs, intentions, promises, and actions to become unstoppable.

The participants thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it to be a refreshing change of pace from their typical workday. They were impressed with the quality of the content and appreciated the opportunity to explore themselves and their minds. Many commented that they felt more confident in their ability to handle stress and overcome obstacles after completing the course.

The Wau@Accenture provided the perfect environment for the course, with its open and airy design creating a relaxed and inspiring atmosphere. The Exchange 106@TRX building is an impressive landmark, and the participants felt privileged to attend the course in such a prestigious location.
