Emily Uma is a professional development specialist with over 8 years of experience in the field of communications.

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) [First Class] and a Postgraduate Diploma in Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL) from the University of Edinburgh.

As an accredited trainer under the Human Resource Development Corporation, Malaysia (HRDC), she has a deep understanding of the communication challenges that organisations face and is able to tailor her training programs to meet the specific needs of each client. She is capable of creating a fun and interactive learning environment that keeps participants engaged and motivated.

Her training programs are designed to be practical and relevant, ensuring that employees are able to apply what they have learned in their daily work.
