All our workshops have clear learning objectives and follow the structure of Awareness, Knowledge, Commitment and Skills. That means that at the end of every module, our facilitator will test learners on the skills they have learned, and build them up into a skillset that meets all the learning objectives.

For example, in CLEAR | Communicating Logically, Empathically And Responsively, participants are taken through a journey of four skills: Speaking, Empathising, Listening & Facilitating (SELF). 

After learning speaking, they will have to prove they can deliver. Next prove their ability to empathise while speaking. Next prove they can listen well using empathy and asking the right questions, and finally, merging all those skills together to facilitate meetings.
