SPEED Facilitator Certification

What Is a Facilitator Certification?

Nadzrin has been teaching Professional WorkSkills in the fields of knowledge management, interpersonal skills and leadership development successfully to international audiences since 2006. (Don’t know Nadzrin? Visit: www.nadzrin.com)

Now, he wants to transition away from the classroom into a consulting role by 2027. To ensure his workshops can continue delivering value, he is certifying facilitators to be able to run them independently.

This means no hidden, annual or must-renew licensing fees aside from the one-off published price and no remote controlling. You will own the course after you complete the certification. You may even change the materials and title to suit your client offerings.

You will receive a PWS Facilitator digital badge that you can use on your marketing materials. All he asks is that you do your best to help your participants learn.

What Will I Learn?

SPEED | Solving Problems Efficiently, Effectively & Decisively is a problem solving workshop that enables participants to analyse risks and issues into the four problem types of: Processes, Decisions, Relationships and Motivation and create solutions for each type.
